Notice Specific to Claon Patterns and Projects

All patterns made available for purchase via this website (“patterns”) and the Claon projects themselves (“projects”) are the copyrighted works of Transitions3D. The Cloan process is a patented process (US 6,623,007) and all Claon projects are subject to patent laws. The purchaser of a Cloan pattern is granted the right to hand make the copyrighted project from a Claon pattern for their own personal use or as a gift to a friend or relative.

Any other use of Claon patterns or projects, not specifically authorized in writing, such as copying the patterns (in whole or in part), selling the patterns (unless you are an approved reseller), making pre-cut kits of the projects, mass production of the projects (or a “knock-off” of the projects) or any type of commercial use (such as unauthorized use of our patterns, projects or images in any form of advertising, film or television work) is strictly prohibited.

Federal law provides severe civil and criminal penalties for the unauthorized use of copyrighted and patented works, including patterns, and unauthorized sale of Claon projects. It is the policy of Transitions3D to prosecute all copyright violators and to recover all illegal profits plus damages.

TRANSITIONS3D and Claon products referenced herein are either trademarks or registered trademarks of TRANSITIONS3D.
