Can I sell the Claon patterns I develop?
Yes. They become your intellectual property. We recommend that you copyright them.

Can I sell the Claon projects at any stage of completion?
No! The Claon Process is patented. Federal law provides severe civil and criminal penalties for the unauthorized use of patented works, including unauthorized sale of Claon projects. It is the policy of Transitions3D to prosecute all patent violators and to recover all illegal profits plus damages.
